First day of classes today at UB.  They were not bad and seemed somewhat repetative to my Bentley courses actually (which is good).

I realize that I have not taken statistics in a long long time.

College textbooks are a monopoly which rapes students of the little funds they have.  My current Book costs for 3 courses over 1 semester ~$650

    that’s your mistake, for being in a field where the authors aren’t all dead. I think I paid $30 total for books this year.

    also, isn’t it annoying when someone posts comments on old blog posts, and you’re forced to go back and see what they wrote? I hate when people do that.
